PMZ-100-M: advanced protection system and ease of use

MicroStudio has developed a new protection system for its high-precision spring testers PMZ1-100M and PMZ3-100M.

This new solution eliminates the need to open and close the safety door, offering a significant operational advantage, especially when positioning small and unstable springs. All this while ensuring high operating standards and full compliance with the current regulations.

Operation:

A vertically sliding transparent door provides initial protection against:

• Accidental finger crushing
• Possible projection of the spring towards the operator

To ensure complete coverage, a dedicated overload device has been integrated into the carriage. Equipped with certified sensors, it guarantees high levels of protection even in the event of malfunctions or errors.
