ENCO designs and builds its dies by identifying the most suitable materials, heat treatments and surface coatings according to their final use. ENCO uses high-speed, special or sintered steels including "WIDIIA" tungsten carbide, combined where necessary with surface coatings such as TiN, TiCN or AlCrN "Alcrona"

To ensure a quality products, each die produced is carefully checked in our test laboratories with the aid of machines for mechanical-geometric verification of the pieces and supplied with QC.
