Ejectors and pins for screws, nuts, and bolts

Enco Tecnologie SRL supplies ejectors and pins for cold and hot forming of fasteners. ENCO designs and builds its pins and ejectors by identifying the most suitable materials, heat treatments and surface coatings according to their final use. ENCO uses high-speed, special or sintered steels including "WIDIIA" tungsten carbide, combined where necessary with surface coatings such as TiN, TiCN or AlCrN "Alcrona".

To ensure a quality products, each pins produced is carefully checked in our test laboratories with the aid of machines for mechanical-geometric verification of the pieces and supplied with QC.
