Conveyor belt furnaces on wheels for springs and metal parts stress relieving

FNBV-R / FNV-R furnaces are designed to perform stress relieving treatment on springs and other small metal parts. They can work in line, with adjustable loading height. 

Built with wheels to simplify movements, they are provided with a multilayer tunnel insulation which allows for better energy efficiency.

Agibi Progetti also offers the possibility to increase furnace insulation and maximize energy saving. Choice of the most suitable conveyor belt, according to the customer’s needs.

The furnace can be completely opened to ease cleaning and maintenance operations.
