Vertical taping machines

Lukas' vertical Taping Units are available in versions with one or two heads. These machines are suitable for operating Polyester-, PTFE-, Kapton-, Mica-, Metal Tapes, Fleece and laminated Tapes. Furthermore, alternative models for Daglas and Glass Fibers are available. Machine heads are synchronized to the capstan by a so called electrical gear.

Taping heads are available in two versions:

Version 1: Taping head with driven cops
Version 2: Taping head with driven cops and torque sensor feed-back.
