Back-twisting strips conveyor

This machine conveys and put in tension the strips. It is installed between the stranding cage and the transposer and rotates in synchronization with the cage. The strips pass through tubular guides, converging to the center line and are kept in planar position. Two jaws, with an inteposed layer of felt, give them the necessary tension. A dosing pump for oil, with drip tray for excess flow, equips the machine. The machine can therefore make tensioning, cleaning and lubrication of the strips at once.
