High speed accumulators for cable and optical fiber

Windak is an international Group supplying a broad range of high speed accumulators for cable and optical fiber.

Best used in extrusion lines for CAT5 cable, fiber optic cable, coaxial cable, and for high speed spooling applications, there are a variety of options available for purchase depending on your needs.
These accumulators can handle wires up to 50, 75, or 150 m with max. Ø7, 12, 15, 20 or 25 mm. They are equipped with 9+10 or 10+11 sheaves (Sheave Ø220 mm - 600 mm), and present a tension range of 50 N - 250 N.

Featuring either vertical or horizontal design, all models are supplied with a servo motor for precise tension control and can be also equipped with optional load cell feedback for constant tension.
