Plastic and steel composite reels for high speed telephone cable extrusion lines (RPM 2500), insulated cables and optical fiber. Flanges are made of virgin ABS specifically designed to be stretchable and impact resistant. The reel assemblement is provided by screwed rods and self locking nuts. Central bushes are machined. The barrel is made in painted or galvanized steel. All the remaining parts of the reel are elettrolitically galvanized. Dimensions according to DIN norms or to customer requirement.
