RTB: Straightening and cutting to length

This process of straightening wire and cutting it to a predetermined length is used for ferrous or non-ferrous wires but is particularly common for aluminium welding wire.

- Rotating straightening flyer with bushings of various materials depending on application;

- Hydraulic cutting system;

- Hydraulic stamping (coding) unit;

- Turntable pay-off for reel or coil of wire.
