Electrowelded tunnel mesh lines

Promostar manufactures cutting-edge electrowelded tunnel mesh lines. These are employed for the production of curved wire mesh, used as components of supporting and reinforcing elements in tunnels.

The production of special mesh is performed by layering transversal wires onto the longitudinal wires and welding them into a single frame structure. The line can process both smooth and ribbed wires according to DIN 488, with diameter ranging from 8 to 16 mm and with a radius of curvature from 2,000 mm up to 20,000 mm.
