Fluidbed austenitizing furnace

After years of R & D, specific to high carbon wire heat treatment, l.C.E. has completed the design practical testing for a high temperature fluid bed furnace.

In the new technology design the furnace temperature uniformity and correct atmosphere control is achieved. A fluid bed system will provide significant advantages over a traditional direct fired austenitizing furnace including a reduction in the furnace length and greater ease of operation and maintenance for your wire production workers.
