This type of wire receives after drawing process a thermic treatment of annealing in order to bring back the mechanical characteristics to laminate values, to permit important deformations during working process (R Nmm2 330/350). The treatment is acted in controlled atmosphere in order to keep the characteristics of clearness and cleanness unchanged.

USES: small part stampings in general.

Black annealed wire

This type of wire receives after drawing process a thermic treatment of annealing in order to bring back the mechanical characteristics to laminate values, to permit important deformations during working process (R Nmm2 330/350). Black colour given by annealing process gives a protection against natural oxidation.
