Electro-welded components

Mollificio Bergamasco manufactures electro-welded components in collaboration with the end customer (according to a drawing or co-design). Parts of all shapes and types are produced using specific and innovative techniques from Bihler and Bruderer punching technology.

As far as materials are concerned, the company uses top-quality metal strips with widths between 3 mm and 120 mm and thicknesses between 0.1 mm and 3 mm, silver wires (also alloyed), and micro-wires that are electro-welded directly inline.
