Automatic disk separator positioning devices

The goal of the automatic disk separator arms is to set up the separator disks for the looping pit and for the recoiler, without the need for an operator. The separator disks are loaded on board the expanding shaft of the arms. The correct position is determined by a caliper, afterwards, the disks are locked in position.

The system is suitable to handle strips up to 5 mm thickness.
