Rosendahl has proven solutions for the production of PVC/PA insulated cores to various standards such as THHN (Thermoplastic High Heat-resistant Nylon coated), THWN, AWN and MTW. These extrusion lines are prepared for continuous operations and speeds up to 1,200 m/min. Rosendahl recommends the classical tandem configuration to apply the insulation materials. The universal line design also allows the production of classical building wires and control cables with top performance and quality.
