TIG welding systems with inside welding torch for tube and pipe manufacturing

Sometimes, it is necessary to weld the pipes from the inside in order to preserve the quality of the finished product.

To specifically meet this need, LE.DI.CA. has developed TIG welding systems equipped with an internal welding torch. These lines make it possible to weld the weld seam inside the tube, increasing the width of the weld bead thanks to a magnetic arc oscillator.

LE.DI.CA. inside welding systems can work on steel, duplex, Hastelloy, titanium, Inconel, copper, brass, and superalloys pipes with a min. ID of 160 mm.
