Decoilers

OMCG decoilers product range includes 3 models to satisfy all requirements of wire and tube unwinding (strip optional) for automatic bending machines, with different solutions based on diameter.

All models feature inverter driven motor to adjust speed based on position of the oscillating arm. OMCG decoilers can fit third parties machinery as well.

We have 3 different models:

SM05

This model fits perfectly for diameters up to 8 mm (0.31 in). Thanks to the spring leaf effect, it helps to significantly reduce stress on small sizes compared to traditional models.

SM02

The mid-size model gives the greatest flexibility and it fits for a large range of diameters from 4 to 14 mm (0.16 to 0.55 in).

SM15

This heavy duty model with large plate has been specifically designed for big diameters from 12 to 20 mm (0.47 to 0.79 in)
