Our Oil Quench Tank is designed on the turbulent overflow principle, supplying a targeted flow pattern for rapid cooling of wires exiting the austenitizing furnace. A dual pump set with particle separator and flow control elements combine with a latest generation PLC control system to provide a safe, reliable package.
